I took my daughter here for a homecoming style with a follow up make up application for the following weekend. Their website states a simple hairstyle (washed and straightened) is $ 30. I was charged $ 40 (interestingly enough, I had a $ 10 coupon.) As I was trying to inquire about this the receptionist cut me off by answering the phone. Also I noticed while my daughter was getting her hair styled one of the stylists went to the makeup table and applied her own makeup using the brushes and lipstick at the table. She then placed the brushes back in the the holder without cleaning them, she applied the lipstick directly to her mouth and did not clean that before returning it. I promptly canceled my daughters makeup appointment.

I have always been happy with this salon but when I used them for my wedding 4−13−13 I was blown away by the level of personal attention I received, as well as all my bridesmaids. Hair, Makeup. Fabulous! They allowed me to set up refreshments for my bridal party. They made me feel at home and comfortable on a day when I was a bundle of nerves. Excellent service. Very professional. $ 100 For updos and wedding makeup. You get what you pay for and we got perfection!
