I decided I should eat healthier for the near future before going to Reno next month and hit the casino buffets! It’s a good idea to keep my cholesterol and hbA1c in check, this can be accomplished eating vegetarian food. I ordered the banh xeo, I had it once and this time it was a little hard, not crispy just hard, it must be due to some chemical added. I decided to try phở thap cam, I was being adventurous because it’s very hard to duplicate the taste of a hearty beef broth, well i was not disappointed, the fake liver, shrimp were good, the mock beef was good too. I don’t remember if I had the roast pig vermicelli(banh hoi thit quay) before but It blew my mind, how did they imitate the taste of roast pig so well it was phenomenal, the texture, the color, the presentation, I loved it! A solid 5 stars for this dish! There really never was a lot of customer service here even if the place was almost empty on a week night, they took your order then got lost but I accepted it and still rate this a 4 stars this time for the flavorful dishes. I have made a pledge to myself to eat vegetarian food twice a month and some other restaurants I went to always closed at 730pm, this one is always open.

I visited on New Year days and it was jammed pack. I expected the lines and some things being hectic, but the customer service and bill was ridiculous. No water or drinks were served until the end of the meal. We ordered a few items but then they said it ran out, so we would order something new, but then the dish would come out anyway. Then charged for all of the items. They didnt write things down and got orders all mixed up. When we got to the bill, we had change the bill 4 times before it was right. The sad thing is that a few dishes were actually good but the service was just ridiculous and would deter me elsewhere.

* Food — 3 stars * Ambience — 2 stars * Customer service — 0 star The name of this restaurant is all about the Buddhism enlightenment but, on the contrary, the people who work there, including the owner, are completely rude in their behaviors and language. Upon hearing the owner used her ugly poisonous sarcasm to mock a customer, I just couldn’t help but wondered — «Wow! How awful that she embarrassed her customer in front of people like that! Sounds like this place is from From Hell?!» It was such a disgraceful character from the head of this so called«Tnh Tâm»! What a a hypocrite and ugly manner, and yeah, no professionalism!
