Ordered nugget party trays from the Mall location. Had 60 guests coming. Was given only 24 sauces for two trays of food. Called to complain. Had to leave our guests for 45 minutes to pick up more packets. Very disappointed in service.

Love chick fil a food especially their Asian salad. But when ask for lettuce and tomato on a sandwich they want to charge extra. 50 cent per corporate policy??? Really? So no thanks. Will go to subway from now on!!!

What’s nor to love about Chick-fil-A? Great food and thoughtful customer service. Only serious complaint is that the Westminster Maryland store on Engler Rd. Stop putting out all of the sauces. NOW they are kept behind the counter and you have to ask!!! Now having been to other locations recently, I know this is not a corporate wide move but rather a location decision by a cheapskate manager/owner trying to add a few pennies to his yearly bonus. He has forgot what makes Chic-fil-A different from other fast food. Wide variety of sauces selection and access is one of the key differences. Shame on this manager for being Mister Scrooge!

Even though I don’t eat meat… I enjoy coming here. I always get the side salad– which is ALWAYS incredibly crisp and fresh — and a fresh lemonade. The kids LOVE it here. Clean, fast, and yum.
