Twice I’ve order from the Westminster EA location for my nieces birthday. The first time, they called me back after I ordered and asked if they could change the delivery day, which I rejected b/​c I wanted the arrangement to arrive on her birthday. They complied… but why was it an issue at all if they could make it happen in the first place?!
The following year (Jan 2015), I apprehensively ordered from this location again. I ordered a week in advance so there would be no issues with the delivery date. The day it was supposed to arrive, I got a voice mail from Rebeca (store manager) telling me they were closing «due to inclement weather» and would it be ok to deliver the next day. She asked me to call back but that I’d have to ‘leave a message b/​c they will be closed and no one will be there”. I don’t understand why Rebeca wouldn’t send my order to another OPEN location to fulfill if her store couldn’t.
I called two other locations (Owings Mills and Timonium) BOTH OF WHICH WERE OPEN and had no issues with the weather! Timonium was able to get my order there on time.
This place is an absolute JOKE. It is horribly managed and has equally horrible customer service. Will NEVER order from them again.
