I am so thankful I found someone who is so quick in handling repairs. Being in sales, I cannot afford to be without my computer for long. He fixed my issue in less than 24 hours. My computer works better than it ever has. He is worth every penny. He is 2000 times better than any big box repair company like geek squad. I have used them in the past and they are very expensive and take way too long. It is in your best interest to give this company a chance. You will not be disappointed.

Ka is the super nice and patient and really knows his technical stuff.
I came to him for help with a very troublesome hackintosh build. He worked tirelessly for days trying to figure it out and kept me updated throughout.

To start off, Ka was really nice! He’s super non-​judge mental as I brought in my boyfriends computer that I thought I broke. Turns out some files were corrupted during the update to Windows 8.1. Reasonable pricing as well! I’d come back to Ka for any help I need in the future regarding my computer. (He’s a great photographer as well!!!)

Ka is my guy for all my tech problems.
Genuine and honest, he was extremely patient and thorough in helping me diagnose and eventually build my hackintosh. I was having compatibility issues with my motherboard and RAM, he took the time to explain what was going on and gave me recommendations on what to look for and why. When building the computer he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and troubleshooted all my problems to make sure it would be built the way I wanted. He was extremely transparent all throughout the process, and working with him was just an overall great experience.

Ka knows his stuff! Had my HP Pro Laptop upgraded with new Windows and SSD. Purchased it back in 2010 and still going strong. Why spend $ 100’s more when you can upgrade for much less. I also had my LG G2 screen replaced by Ka. Go see him! He’ll be your new «techie guy»

Ka is your guy!
He is my ‘Go-​To Guy’ when I am having issues with my phone, tablet, and laptop. He is very knowledgeable and has access to many suppliers with great prices on parts/​hardware. The turnaround time is great and he does an amazing job at diagnosing the problem. It is easy to work with him and I would recommend him to family and friends! iPhone screen repair, tablet/​laptop repair, software updates, slow computer, computer upgrade, etc — he is your guy!

Our XBox was turning off after 30 mins or so. Ka took care of it by replacing the thermal paste and figuring out the power brick was faulty as well. It was overheating and caused it to turn off. Ka took care of the issues quickly! I would totally come back to him! Also, he fixes computers, Playstation, and phones! I highly recommend people to try them, the prices are great too! Thanks Ka!

I found ICP on Craigslist and can’t express how happy I’am that I did. I initially called just to get my son’s XBOX 360 fixed for a «open tray message» problem. I came in and immediately felt very informed and confident that I chose the right place.
Ka was the gentleman who served me and made me feel very comfortable with all my questions and gave me very informed answers. I decided to come back the next day and bring my old desktop computer and broken Wii console. Ka gave me a free estimate for repairs after he performed a thorough diagnosis. He fixed my Wii, Xbox and cleaned and updated my computer with more memory and Windows 7.
Ka gave me a great price and explained all my repairs. He even gave me the old parts that he replaced. I recommend these guys and there service for anyone with the need to fix any video game console and computer issues. I will definitely be back for any future tech problems.
