Old servers are OVER-WELCOME, way too over, like right in ur face when ur trying 2 order 2. If u take orders, plz know your dishes when customers ask, these people are not trained at all. 3. THEFOODARENOTNOT not GOOD At All. their so-called signature hotpot *lau* is 1/10, nothing special at all. the soup and *do nhu* dishes taste BLAH. our group left the restaurant after 1 taste of each dish. so u guys can figure that out. If you’re a copycat, at least make sure you at their level or exceed.

I’ll be straightforward. My family and I didn’t have a great time at this restaurant, probably because we came on their opening day. A hot pot costs $ 25 and wasn’t even satisfying(we were a party of five, and yes, we did order more food). The courses took quite a long time to come out, and they were bland as heck. It didn’t help when the owner stated loudly to the table behind us that they were his VIPs, and oh my gosh, they were special! Way to make everyone aware of your blatant favoritism, owner! The only reason why I gave this place another star was because of great service by a waitress named Julie. She was incredibly attentive so that really alleviated our foul mood. Also, the owner’s female friend who worked there didn’t charge us for the drinks and the ga chien nuoc mam(which, by the way, weren’t cooked thoroughly). Needless to say, I’ve had better and will not come here again. Ever. Lastly, dear restaurant’s management, please put numbers on your table to help your servers out. It’s common sense, no?
