I contacted an agent over a home I was interested in. She was rude and abrasive and very unhelpful. If I could choose NOSTARS I would. She would not even call me back or email be back. I had to keep calling until I got her on the phone. VERYUNPROFESSIONAL, I have NOIDEA how she even makes a living if this is her way of customer service!!!
