Once again the line was out the door and only two people working. You need to open more registers on a Sat if you want my business. I walked out. Again.

Went on a Sunday during the back to school sale. The store was packed like it was Black Friday, but understandably so. I have a 4 yr old daughter that I was shopping for and was a little disappointed in the lack of options. I know it’s an outlet store but there was little to nothing to choose from really. School starts in the fall almost and there were no sweaters or jackets not was there boots or closed toe shoes. I’ll more than likely go to the flatirons mall store from now on as they have twice the selections.

The staff was visible & very helpful. One overheard our conversation about sizing for our 8 & 9 year old boys and went to the back to get sizes that were not on the floor. Customer service was awesome!

This is a newer Old Navy and is neatly organized. The clothes are, well, Old Navy clothes. I like it ’cause I can buy the same cardi in every color known to man and be done with my entire season’s worth of shopping for basics. I question their quality in many items, including jeans.
My only gripe is the visuals and lighting in this store. It’s one of those places that is so overwhelming you don’t know where to focus. The doors of the fitting rooms are BRIGHT blue against BRIGHT white. My poor eyeballs were ready to explode. The lighting in the fitting room is also shoddy — per usual store fitting rooms.
The service was good, the associates were not overbearing but did ask if you needed assistance. There was a line, but it went quickly. Overall, the best Old Navy in town. Only three stars because of clothing quality.

Abby Q. and I came in for retail therapy and to see what their plus collection is like. Overall, I’m pleased to see that they carry up to an ¹⁸⁄₂₀ in store and with the exception of the clearance area, the store was in really good shape. That’s awesome for an Old Navy. Having worked for Gap Inc. before, I Know what a mess old Navy can be. If I am out this way again, I will definitely stop by.

This shop is new to The Orchard’s next to Supper Target. The shop is well lit, well organized and the clearance section is huge, because it is not well trafficked yet. They moved from the I25 and 104^th location before Christmas, but most of the staff moved too! Always helpful and kind, and in the same parking lot as the gym! School uniforms are always reasonably priced and go on sale often. I am here all the time!
