I recently had a chance to talk to Pam at the Long Beach farmers market. I mentioned I had a older JC Henkel knife. Unfortunately the tip had been broken off and it was very dull. I returned the next week and she not only fixed the tip but put an excellent edge on it, and on the small Wustoff I dropped off. I used the Henkel last night and I could almost let gravity cut through an onion. I highly recommend her and hope her business continues to prosper.

I recently got 7 knives sharpened by Pam. I dropped them off to her at the Farmer’s Market in Long Beach at around 11 am and I picked them up at 3:30 pm. She did a great job and she only charges $ 5/knife. I will go back in a few months for more sharpening. Thanks Pam!

What a find! 5 stars all the way. I(embarrassingly) haven’t sharpened my Henckels twin cuisine knives since I bought them 10 years ago(other than using the soft sharpener that comes with it). Called Pam and made an appointment. I dropped off my knives late saturday morning and got them back same day — easy peasy, superb workmanship and attention to detail. Knives feel like brand new again! Thanks Pam!

I recently got my Shun Knives sharpened by Pam and she restored the edge on my knives. At $ 5 per blade and service in under an hour, it doesn’t get any better than this. Highly recommended!

I do a lot of cooking and use my knives daily. I called Pam regarding sharpening all my kitchen knives. She told me about the options for sharpening them, including stopping in to see her at the Marina’s Farmer’s Market in Long Beach. I left my knives with her and when I returned an hour later, they were all sharpened. She was great to work with, knows what she is doing, and is very friendly. Her prices are very reasonable. I’d go to her again.

On Sunday, I recently got my knife sharpened by Pam Jones at the Marina Long Beach Farmer’s Market. I dropped off 7 knives. 5 victorinox chef knives and 2 mac santoku knives. The cost was $ 5 each(!!!) and I was able to pick it up within the hour. Apparently she has a store in Westminster which is the address listed. So it seems you have the choice of the LBFM or visiting her storefront(I’d be probably call before heading over though).
