Public Storage

The onsite manager is very friendly and helpful and you can be in and out of there very quickly when signing up for a new unit. Public storage just took this location over from storquest and I have my camper is in the covered parking which is labeled uncovered on the website.

What a joy it was to look (and find) a storage unit close to home, in the size I needed and in a great price range.
The manager here is incredibly friendly, helpful, not over bearing and so knowledgeable.

These guys are TERRIBLE. Where do I start…
First, when I moved my things in, I got about half my stuff in a somehow there ended being a wasps nest in my unit. I informed the guy at the desk and he gave me a different unit and a can of disinfectant spray to defend myself from the little terrors and told me «good luck». I got stung many times and got set back a day in my moving schedule.
At least half the times I need to speak to someone in the office, there was nobody there. I even drive an hour to get to my unit one day, was locked out of the gate and there was nobody around to help me. I lost the key to my lock and was looking for a solution to the problem. Tried calling for four days straight and could not get an answer or a call back. Finally got a hold of someone and they told me they could help if I got there right away. I told them I could be there in 15 minutes. 14 minutes late me I arrived… and nobody was there.
Once I did get in my unit, I found that somehow massive piles of dirt had gotten all over my things since my last visit.
I could go on and on and on, but my thumbs are tired from typing. I would give them zero stars if I could, but even that would be too kind of me. –5,000,000 stars. I hate this place
