We were driving through town and stopped in for lunch. The hostess greeted us with a smile and we were seated quickly. It turned out it was burger day. So lucky! Half price burgers! The server was so friendly. We ordered crab dip which was amazing and burgers. Best burgers we have had ever and Well seasoned with a side of homemade chips. The homemade ranch dressing we dipped our chips in was yummy. My only tiny complaint is the burgers took quite awhile to come out but really were worth the wait. If we are in town again I will make sure to stop in this friendly spot again.

The burgers are amazing !! Want to try the rest of their amazing food, but these are so perfect. Sweet potato fries WOW could not stop eating them. Was full after all this food but had to try this amazing cheesecake I saw someone else enjoying. Was to die for. My husband and I split it and I think I could have forced myself to eat alone.

This used to be a relatively upscale place for downtown Westminster. Not so much anymore; completely overtaken by the bar atmosphere. There is a separate dining room but the music and noise was barely muted. Food, portions and prices are average, décor is in need of updating, it looks rough. Service was a bit slow and there was not a crowd. Nowhere I’d rush back to any time soon even though I used to really enjoy dining here.

My husband and I are regulars here. The food is always great. Burgers are good, and I love the mozzarella triangles. Old Bay chips are my favorite thing to get here. Breakfast is great, too. Try the breakfast kabob and the cheesy hashbrowns! Rafael is very nice and so are the servers.

I used to own a retail shop in downtown Westminster and this was our go to for lunch and after hours. Even though we were located right next to Harrys we walked a bit down to Rafs. as we called it. In the nice weather we would sit on the deck and hang in the little tiki bar area and as it gets colder we don’t mind the indoor space which is cozy and spacious. Service is always great as well as the food and they also offer a great beer selection and we enjoy our visits.

Went here for a date recently, and it was very mediocre. Pros: Our appetizer was good. We ordered the calamari, which was not frozen. And our waitress was very nice and competent. We didn’t wait long for our food, didn’t have to ask for refills on our drinks, etc. No problem with the service at all. Cons: My date and I both ordered pasta entrees because they were half-price, but I really wish we would have stuck to sandwiches. Both dishes were watery and lacked seasoning, and my scallops and shrimp were rubbery and cooked to death. Not good at all. Also, right when we walked in, a guy at the bar warned us to avoid the crab cakes. Highly doubt I’ll ever return.

I am from out of town I was told to stop here because the sandwiches were delicious. Well I would have to disagree with what I received. I am giving them two stars because there were some positives to the experience. I’ll start on a positive note. The cream of crab soup was delicious. Right amount of seasoning and a decent amount of lump crab meat. The server was friendly and was always there to refill my drink and asked me if I needed anything. The negatives: I ordered the chicken pesto panini. It had cheese and roasted red peppers on it and came with their home aid potato chips. The chicken was bland. I don’t think they put any seasoning on it. It also tasted like it was cooked on an old grill that had not been cleaned in a while. Had a chard funky taste. The pesto and cheese hid the taste a little and was he only reason I was able to finish it. I liked the home aid chips however only two of the chips had any seasoning. I think it was old bay. Those two chips were actually really good too. But the rest of them had no seasoning or even salt. Maybe I just had a bad meal and the chef was having a bad day. If I found myself in Westminster again I don’t think I would go back.

I usually come here late night with friends(fun night spot for drinks, has a large outdoor patio outback and usually a DJ or live music on weekends) but today I went for brunch for the first time. They’re brunch runs from 8am-1pm and the have a pretty eclectic menu. Yes, they have the basics like French toast or pancakes, but they are very creative with their specials and menu items! Up your French toast experience with Grand Marnier French toast, or if you’re an eggs benedict connoisseur like myself, they have several different variations. What I love is in addition to the side meats you can choose(sausage and bacon) you can also order their breakfast kabobs! Tasty little kabobs with chorizo sausage and bacon grilled in a BBQ maple glaze. The only thing that I was disappointed with is that I ordered a bloody mary and they told me they can’t serve alcohol til 11am. It was 10am on a Sunday so I don’t know if that’s a county rule of theirs. I definitely liked the menu and will be returning again soon to try more!
