My last review for this restaurant was 4 stars because of a lovely young lady who worked the drive through window that day. When we returned a day or so later, we weren’t so fortunate. A young lady named Emily was working the drive through window and was in such a hurry (during what seemed like a very slow day) that I had to ask her for virtually everything we needed…(i.e. straws, napkins, ketchup) and she seemed quite irritated or distracted. This is always frustrating for customers. I’m not sure why franchise owners don’t stress the importance of customer service.

Use to love Wendy’s. This one is mediocre. Seems like in recent years, the food is prepared fresh yet is cool to cold upon making it to the table.
IDK what the deal is with that, but my last two trips this became evident in Westminster with one a chicken sandwich, and subsequently a burger. Both times the fries were cool. Overall, the food tasted the same as any other Wendy’s but the temperature has me a bit concerned. Doubt, I’ll return.
