Cheryl’s Total Look

Brought my 10 yr old here to get her ears pierced. Cheryl and the other lady who simultaneously pierced her ears were super nice towards my nervous daughter. Made her feel comfortable. I loved it. My daughter did too!

Cannot say enough good stuff about Cheryl’s Total Look!
On a recent visit to the Chicago area (I now live in So California) Cheryl (the owner) did a great job on a hair color. Changed it up just enough to give me a new look.
She helped me fix a bad perm job that I got out here in CA — over the phone!
I’ve had up do’s, cut’s and manicure/​pedicures at the shop and have NEVER been disappointed.
My husband says Cheryl is the only person who knows how to cut his hair; no kidding.

Years ago I found my perfect stylist in Mickey. She did amazing things with my hair. I visited her at least once a month for perms, highlighting, styling, etc. Then she moved to Las Vegas! Too far to go for a hairstyle.
Since then I have searched for a new stylist who would work with my hair the way Mickey did. It has been a long road, but I have finally found my Mickey in Cheryl!!! She knew what to do with my hair from the get go.
I love, love my hair and I will be returning again very soon.

I’m a guy, so that will color this review. And I’ve got wavy hair, which meant I had no idea what to do, and for years had either a crew-​cut or a white-boy-‘fro happening.
My life story — I went to different barbers over the years and none seemed to listen … I spoke up, but of course I don’t know what to say exactly… I didn’t know technical terms about hair…
Then I went to Cheryl’s — Cheryl herself is who cuts my hair. When you tell her what you want she listens, and then explains what you just said, and how it works with your hair. Or if it wouldn’t work — she’s a real fun person to talk to, easy-​going and honest.
She really knows what she’s doing… I was unhappy with my hair my whole life… but in the 3 years I’ve been going to her, it’s always looked good, even when it’s a little messy. I guess that’s the magic of someone who really knows her stuff! I couldn’t be happier.
