This is a great little diner. The owner is super friendly and welcoming. I believe her mother helps with the cooking. The food was fresh, hot, and very tasty. Portions are generous so splitting is advised, unless you are hungry. The moniker is «Where Friends Meet Friends» and could also be stated as «Where Strangers are Welcomed as Friends» (since I was the stranger).
