I like Chipolte., elsewhere. There is no effort to clean the tables, the service was unpleasant and when I asked for«fresh cilantro, please», as I have at other Chipolte’s, I received old wet pounded herb. Gross. I will not be returning.

My husband and I just tried this for a second time. We went at 6:15 on a Saturday night. There were no veggies, no black beans, the chips were soggy, the meat was cold, and the portions were stingy. The people behind the counter could not have been slower or more unresponsive. When asked if there were more veggies(peppers and onions) we were told no. The utensil area was low, the soda machine and tea area was a mess, and the trash bins inside and outside was overflowing. The staff was surly and grungy looking. The woman at the register was wearing jeans full of holes and while we were eating, the cook came out to get a drink of soda and his pants sag was awful. As he strolled back to the kitchen, I wondered why he seemed to be on break rather than preparing all of the missing ingredients. We will not be going there again – ever.

I think this location really skimps on the portions. I have ordered the bowl to go opened it and it was half full and felt hungry an hour later. It seems like if you ask for more they think it is extra $$$. Follow up review, the portions have gotten better and the staff is super. I knew it would take a bit of time.

New location so clean. Ordered a Veggie Burrito which is clearly on the menu. Counter person does everything with NO veggie, I think maybe they put them on in the end. NOPE wraps my burrito hands it to the cashier and walks away. I told the cashier I ordered a veggie burrito and they were not put on, she states simply«there aren’t any» and rings me up for a VEGGIEBURRITO. So you expect me to pay for a veggie burrito with only rice cheese and sour cream and NO veggie. NOPE I THINKNOT.

Love chipotle, the meat is cooked really well. But this location can grind your gears. Employee: «What kind of meat?» Me:“Chicken” *employee scoops chicken, then shakes half the whole scoop off* Me: «uhh can I get more chicken?» Employee: «double chicken is extra» Me: –___– We deserve full scoops! Note: This happened at least 4 times Another time I came in they had no rice, chicken, guac or lettuce. Absolutely unacceptable

I went in on a Saturday at 8:30 pm despite the poor reviews. The girl behind the counter told me up front that they did not have spicy corn — «fine, I can live with that» I thought. Then I realized they had very little beans and meat left– okay … Then they had no quac left … She literally SCRAPPED the container before she went to go get more quac from the fridge. At the end, I was given a bowl that was about 2⁄3 of what most chipotles give. The people that worked there were friendly and the place was clean.

I have been to many Chipotle restaurants throughout the east coast. Never have I seen one as poorly managed as this one. I have been to this one about 8 times. They are always out of basics, and they really don’t care if you stay or go. Go to Dedham, go to Norwood, or go to Braintree but don’t go to Westwood.

This was the first time I’ve come to a Chipotle with no lettuce, no cheese, no chips. The service was awful. They were not prepared at all for anything, didn’t even have tortillas prepared for the new customers. The person who started our burritos was very rude as well. They need to hire new service members because the way she acted was completely inexcusable. Go to the Norwood or Dedham chain instead cause it’s just not worth the struggle.

I arrived around 8:45 pm on a Monday night. Sign said open until 10. I wanted to order a salad but they were out of lettuce. They gave me taco lettuce instead which wasn’t very good. They were out of brown rice. The servers were nasty as well — terrible attitude as if I had the problem because they were out of things over an hour before closing. This is the worst Chipotle I’ve been too. For a new location rather disappointing.

I went in recently for tacos. The girl who served me had a very long braid sticking out of her hat, which completely defeats the purpose of wearing one at all. She seemed confused by absolutely everything I said. I asked for a side of rice and she used a 3 ounce portion cup for it. When I asked her about the size, she gave me attitude and said«unless you want it in a bowl.» I don’t need a bowl full, but a salad dressing container is a little stingy and I wouldn’t have minded paying extra. There were three other guys, one of whom I saw working(guy with dreds). Not hospitable, food was cold. I probably will drive a little further to go to Walpole/Norwood Route 1 store.

This is my second time coming here for lunch and both times they got my order wrong. First of how to do you three people in the«serving assembly line» then a girl next to the cashier and get the order wrong. One of the guys hands shake at the mere thought of serving you a decent amount or at this point a normal amount of your rice, condiments etc. Ok so I see I get a toddler portion size… at this point I just want to get out because it’s just chaos. I sit outside ready to eat and my meat is missing. As I walk back in the restaurant to complain the girl gets an attitude like I’m bothering her. like I made the mistake. Train better or clean house. Until then there’s other choices around for me.

I was there last night at 7pm the service was awful. No lettuce, rice, beans, no chicken and no ice in the machine. The tables were almost all dirty. An when i said something to girl behind the counter she told me that I had enough in my sandwich. I don’t live far but I’ll drive to norwood or dedham first before I go there again. The manager needs train his people better.
