AWFUL!
I purchased a groupon not long ago for 6 laser hair removal sessions on groupon. Before buying the groupon I called to confirm the office hours and the procedure. When everything checked out, I purchased the groupon.
I’ve called several times over the past few weeks to try to schedule an appointment. On their website the hours are listed as: Monday 9am-​5pm, Tuesday 9am-​6pm, Wednesday 9am-​5pm, Thursday 9am-​7pm, Friday 9am-​5pm so I figured calling when I get out of work at 4:30PM should be fine. I was never able to reach a person so yesterday I left an irritated voicemail explaining that it was only 4:40PM and that I was receiving a voicemail message saying the office was closed and that the office hours are 9 – 5.
Today I received a phone call from the office, trying to schedule me an appointment at 4:40. I explained I could not do an appointment at 4:40, that I live about a half hour away and get out of work at 4:30. First the girl said that I should leave work early once a month for the appointments, something I didn’t appreciate. Perhaps she doesn’t take her work seriously but I do. After that I explained I wanted an appointment on either Tuesday or Thursday, because they work easily into my schedule and I wouldn’t have to «leave work early.» She told me that their hours every day were 9 – 5. I asked why it said differently on the website and she had no response for me. At that point I didn’t know what to say so I asked her what I should do. She told me to call groupon and try to get my money back.
In their defense I never actually had an appointment with the doctor, but seeing how they treat their potential patients with no regard I absolutely would NEVER recommend anyone book an appointment with this center.

The Staff was very arrogant.
Just a reminder you are a RECEPTIONIST!
Maybe next time you can remember you are in the service industry and that you will never have a successful business, without great customer service!

Note to Owners (hired help can be the one to bring down your company)

I’ve had many procedures (botox, dysport, laser hair removal, removal of dark spots, spider vein removal to name just a few). Dr. Macri and his staff are friendly, honest, knowledgeable and skillful.
Service is GREAT and the RESULTS ARE EXCELLENT. Definitely and highly recommend
