John B Lombardo’s Complete Collision

I had a tiny little accident with my car. I dreaded getting it fixed because my car is silver. And I had seen bad paint jobs involving silver and car bumpers. So, when it came time to get it fixed, I asked my insurance company for recommendations. And they told me about John Lambardo’s. I made an appointment for an estimate. It’s a small shop, and after speaking with the owner, I knew this was the place to go. He made me feel very comfortable with his ability to repair my car and he advised it would take 3 days.
His office manager made my appointment, she also offered to book my rental car. When I mentioned that I had been unhappy with Enterprise, she told me that she would book my car through Budget and I would be very happy with them. She said she would have them meet me at the body shop when I dropped off my car. Everything went exactly as planned. And I was impressed with the quality of work. My car looks brand new. John’s work was perfection.
