This place was a cute venue for a child’s party or play date. It reminded me of The Center for Creative Play that used to exist in West Mifflin. I think that place has long since been converted into a Whole Foods. There were lots of toys and activities to keep the one –four age group entertained but it was lacking a quiet space for kids to decompress. Sometimes kids(and parents) need a quiet space. The Center for Creative Play had numerous quiet space areas filled with pillows and soft music. I sincerely appreciated that. I will say that the woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and personable and the restrooms were clean. I read a startling statistic once that nearly 60 percent of diaper changing stations are riddled with bacteria and cocaine residue– I felt safe to assume that My Lil Play Place was part of the cocaine free minority. The Purel wipes took care of any lingering bacteria suspicions. I would definitely give this place another chance to win me over. My daughter had a really good time.
