Have been to the S. Weymouth location on several occasions. Parking is always easy and the service has been fine. The food is very good. Huge portions that are never finished(taken home) and never a complaint about the quality. Prices are very good esp. from $ 9.99 menu. Chicken Parm is massive and very good. AL Forno also great. GF ordered the shrimp and was pleasantly surprised. Not the Capitol Grille but a very good experience.

Excellent chicken tenders and fries. The hostess was friendly but rushed us. Had to request an area away from the bar. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating.

The food here is good. They have a lot of options for the kids. And, the deal where the kids eat free after the Red Sox win is pretty nice. Kids get an ice cream sandwich or sundae too. Service can be spotty/slow which is a bummer. But, overall, they get the job done here. The $ 3.99 house margarita is pretty good and a good deal.

My boyfriend and I went several weeks ago and found out that they had removed one of our favorite dishes from the menu. Our server Mark said he could see what he could do and served us the remaining supply of said dish. We’ve since found new favorites and been back several time. i love the friendly atmosphere and even when Mark isn’t serving us he always says hi. :)

Hubs was recovering from surgery and somehow in his Vicodin-induced state, he really wanted lunch from the 99. I went with the premonition of, «How bad can it be?» That’s the glory and the downfall of most chain restaurants with corporate standards; when it’s good, it’s good. When it’s bad, it’s bad. So we went there for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. When we got there, Weymouth Police were also there questioning a patron who had been slamming back drinks since 11:00 that morning. You know it’s bad when you’re at the 99 and they’ve called the cops on you after the lunch«rush» on a Tuesday morning in April. We were quickly seated among other booths and given popcorn by the host. Maybe he knew what we were in for? We waited. We waited. A server walked by. She smiled. We kept waiting. Hubs said that if we finished the popcorn and had yet to be served, we were out of there. We waited. And as fate would have it, nearing the last kernel in the popcorn bowl, our server appeared. She was not the one that had walked by a few times. «What do you want?» No «hello» or apology to keep us waiting. Since we were hungry and there was no way Hubs was going to entertain the thought of having to get up and leave, we ordered. We were like the old married couple … we ordered the same exact thing modified the same way(barbecue chicken wrap, no tomato). The food didn’t take long to arrive at all. Surprise, surprise … it wasn’t brought out by our server, but rather another one who was practically running the place between six different tables. She was really nice and asked us if we needed anything. The only saving grace is that there were, in fact, no tomatoes. The wraps were pretty good for 99 standards and we enjoyed our lunch. We then had to wait for the check. Not to be outdone, our server was pretty quick dropping that off. I’ve never, ever, NOT left a tip. This was almost the time I did. Shitty service and an attitude. If it wasn’t for the fact that our food was made correctly and there server who we interacted with the most was nice, I would have left 0%. Instead, I left exactly 15%. We will stick with the 99 in Norwell for whenever we want to go back.

One of the best and busiest of the Ninety-Nines. VERY popular with families with lots of kids and for seniors, too. Free meal for kids the days after a Sox win! Beer’s always fresh and cold in the huge mugs and there’s lots of choices for beef and appetizers.

Dad and I had lunch this past Friday and were both very pleased. We were promptly seated and our server Christine, who was super, quickly greeted us and took our drink orders. To the point of the review, our food: app of mozzarella sticks; entrees of balsamic chicken and royal sirloin were all great. Dad was happy and that was most important and I was too.

what I have noticed is the kitchen staff had hair that was not tied back and no gloves. Example I saw him grab hamburgers and frenchfries with no gloves. I don’t need any facial pubic hair in my food, nor do I need hair from any human body in my food. Basic food and they really need to be aware about sticking there hands in the pants with out washing afterwards and and hair issues. Managers should be on top of there help who cooks the food. As well as the dishwashers who need to wear gloves … Please have no hair and wear gloves

We visited here for the first time. My husband, daughter and I. We all enjoyed it. Items we tried… french onion soup, seafood stuffed mushrooms, chicken parm, balsamic glazed salmon, chicken tenders with applesauce. The stuffed mushrooms could have been better but I guess I was comparing them to Red Lobster’s…Overall though, it was really good and priced exceptionally well.

They have good food and good service but, we went there last Saturday. I thought I was in the meat locker at Hilltop. It was freezing in there, left and went to NYAJ much better. Now last year was the same thing the AC is cranked up to a point where your not comfortable while dining. They know it and don’t care. I contacted their headquarters, NO answer. Were through eating there till the end of summer. I believe they are at the point where they don’t care about customers opinions.

Hey. It’s a 99! How can you possibly screw up burgers, salads and wings? Went here with friends after a night at Barrett’s and we had a great waitress! She was really nice and super fast. The food is pretty basic and was good. I had boneless buffalo fingers and a side of mashed potatoes. The waitress brought us tons of crackers and cheese and popcorn why we waited which was awesome!

This 99 is consistently good. It’s nice and close to home with lots of parking and I’ve never been when there is a wait. I always stick to what I know is good which is the steak tips and the buffalo tenders. I’m always surprised how good the steak tips are when I go there. Not to mention, I’m a sucker for the free popcorn :) Never had bad service there and infact have had some great service. It’s a family place so be prepared for some screaming kids and a loud atmosphere when you go. It is what it is.

Always the place to go… the steak tips are melt in your mouth delicious, love their salty skinned baked potato, French onion soup has plenty of cheese and onions, BBQ chicken is yummy you just can’t go wrong with the food. The watresses are fantastic in all the years I have gone here I only had a complaint about one and with all the waitresses who have waited on us 1 is nothing. You can’t go wrong here

I went right at 11 when it opened and Food was decent but the waitstaff and cleanliness are detestable. As soon as I walked in there was an overwhelming foul odor throughout the restaurant that was so strong it burnt my nostrils and made my eyes water. Very dingy looking waitstaff, looked like they just crawled outta bed, sprayed some glade on there uniform and out the door they go. I recommend going to the one in North Quincy Hepatitis C is nothing to play with.

Only have been here once. We went in not expecting much, but it was the night before thanksgiving and I really didn’t feel like cooking! In attempt to eat healthy, I ordered the filet mignon with grilled asparagus on the side… actually a healthier option than most of the salads! I ordered it rare and it came to me as I requested, very good! Unfortunately, my husband ordered a burger and they will only cook those as low as medium, and actually it was more like well done with quite a bit of «char» on the outside. Drinks very expensive for what you get. Service was reasonable on a very busy night. If I were in the area I might go again, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to do so.

After many years trying to tell myself otherwise, I’ve finally come to terms with the fact that I kind of like the 99. The Gold Fever wings are awesome and the Steak Tips are always properly marinated & cooked. All the elderly in the area agree.

I’ve been to a couple different Ninety Nine Restaurants and haven’t really had a good experience yet. My experience at this particular location is one I wish I could forget. Our waitress kept disappearing and brought us the check before we were done eating. My garlic mashed potatoes were ok but tasted like they were frozen. The drinks were overpriced(I’m talking twice as much as the beer and mixed drinks at the North Quincy location). My meat-eating boyfriend enjoyed his dinner(the fish and chips plate with three different types of baked seafood), but when I ordered a tropical salad sans chicken it cost just as much as the ones with meat on them. They also skipped a couple of the toppings(I LOVE almonds and fruit on my salad) but since I couldn’t find the waitress I had to do without. The rest of the food was decent(and Sam Summer was on tap), but I probably won’t go back.

Came here on Mothers day, which was kind of sad to see people who would bring their mothers to a place like this. They did have a side salad on their specials list that was decent, so I was glad for that. As my friend put it, everything tasted like it had glue added to it. Her wedge salad was a wedge with a ladle of blue cheese dressing glopped on top. Our waitress was super perky, but not fake. I’ll give her a bit of credit for that.
