the last straw…
today i decided i am not waisting my time here anymore…
medication never refilled which leads to visits to the pharmacy just to find out my script hasn’t been filled…
no call backs ever when numerous mssgs have been left with answering service which seems to be always picking up…
and being told you were called back when you were not…
when you are prescribed a medication that you are supposed to take everyday and they neglect to refill it for days this can become a very serious problem. Well that was my problem today and it seemed like the nurse on the other end of the line could careless that this was going to pose an issue AND gave me no option except to wait till tomorrow when the doc gets in. According to the nurse there was no possible way to get in touch with the DR. today. That to me is negligence and i’m all set…
