I love this place’s chicken. I really hate that the service is so abysmally slow. I’m still sitting in the drive-through right now. I totally shouldn’t have time to update my Unilocal review while in the drive-through. I looked at the clock, it was 2:54 when I pulled up. There was one car in front of me. it is now 3:07, and the car still in front of me is just leaving. This is ridiculous. It would be one thing if our food was always piping hot, but I always have to stick it in the microwave when I get home. Ha! I get to the window and the man asks me what my order was, he lost the piece of paper. I’ve paid and asked why service is so slow. He didn’t seem to understand that this was out of the ordinary, except for the car in front of me kept asking for things. I said that that wasn’t what I meant, generally every time I come here it takes a long time. You seem to be very confused. I get my food at 3:12 and pull away. Almost 20 minutes. There has to be something going on that their service is always so slow here.

I agree, the chicken is always wonderful. Crispy thin crust surrounding mouth watering juicy, marinated chicken I agree, the chicken is always wonderful. Krispy then crust surrounding mouth watering juicy, marinated chicken. If this is all your going there for you or in luck because they do what they do better than anyone else. If however, you want any type of sides beware sometimes they’re good sometimes they are average but, most of the time they are lacking in preparation and seasoning and someone needs to get the message across to them.

Today was the worst visit to this location. My husband and I are managers are ourselves and we would be very upset this was happening at our stores. First we placed our order and as we were looking at buffet table we noticed several flies on the cornbread. As we told, we believe the person in charge as she seemed to be running the shift it seemed she got irritated for us pointing it out.(Short Hispanic lady with glasses.) She threw out the cornbread. They were very low on some of the items on the buffet and when we asked if they were bringing out more she responded yes but with attitude. They were out of sweet tea my husband brought that to their attention. In which they took almost 20 minutes to make when asked the cashier if tea was almost done.(Attitude yet again). And to top it off there was gnats on the cake and donuts… extremely dissatisfied with the food and service here. We looked for a number to call and there was none to be found. I believe it’s an issue and that’s why they don’t provide that information. But as an owner I wouldnt you like to know your real customer feedback and know what’s going, but that’s just me.
