Awful. Both times I’ve been here I waited at least 10 minutes and the last time the fries were overdone. This location sucks get your S together.

The lady at the front counter is apparently having a horrible day. Worst service I’ve had anywhere. The food wasn’t cooked right and tasted horrible. Not to mention the service sucks and takes forever.

I will never return to this location. The service was terrible and they had Mexican music playing on the speaker system. I’m all for Mexican music in a Mexican restaurant, but in a Burger King. The entire staff spoke nothing but Spanish except to take my order. I think it is unprofessional of the manager and the company to allow the workers to pick the music for the store when it doesn’t match the profile of the food being served.

This place is very run down and filthy. There was trash and food everywhere. When we came in we stood around for 5 minutes with no one at the counter. There were kids in the play place with a roll of towels from the bathroom tying it to the poles of the play place

This establishment is a joke! The food is never hot, the staff is rude and impersonal and acts like you’re bothering them to do their job! Never again will I go here… After 3 bad experiences enough is enough!

A tad worn and run down. Who was the person who thought pink and purple was a good colors choice for seating? Friendly counter clerk. The chicken sandwich was bland. I sacrificed myself so you don’t have to.
