Not a single person came to help me after I waited about an hour after ringing the bell at the family trauma section. After someone did come, he gave me an attitude, Saying I rang the wrong bell. I was hoping to come here seeking for help, but instead saw a bunch or nurses giggling about their day.

All I can say is if you have a choice between Kaiser and another insurance go with the other insurance. Kaiser is the worst. They say you can pick your own doctor. Not true! Most docs that are any good aren’t taking new patients. Then when you try to see your doctor they never have any appointments so you have to see a temp doctor who is usually awful and clueless so you waste a copayment. Then they say you can email your doc that is true but all they will respond with is make an appointment. Then you try to make an appointment and you can’t get in for over a week or two. Kaiser used to be an ok plan but now they are the worst. Don’t waste your time or money with Kaiser. You will be disappointed.

After having a major problems with kaiser in lakewood, I feel a little different with kaiser over all thanks to the location in Wheatridge. I love their nurse, nurse practitioner and the 2 doctors I’ve seen so far. I’m still having trouble with the people I talk to over the phone. I believe since they can’t see you in person they give people a shitty attitude. Some are nice but most are not.

Had blood drawn here and Lab Tech was not only rude, she had her sharps container open. One of my kids could have reached inside and poked themselve with a contaminated needle. Major OSHA violation which I will be reporting. Trajedy narrowly avoided. Will not return to this Lab.

What can I say, it’s a doctor’s office! Well, actually it’s like thirty doctors under one roof. You walk in, check-in, pay your co-pay, then wander the hallways to find your doctor’s waiting area, then you get seen by the doctor. It’s convenient because if you need an x-ray or blood testing or you’re referred to a specialist, it’s all under one roof. And you know it’s all covered by Kaiser insurance — duh. Oh, and the pharmacy is right there, the doc just sends a message over to the pharmacy, they work like busy little bees to fill it, and once it’s ready your name pops up on the screen and you get in line. Pretty organized process if you ask me. I just don’t like going to the doctor!
