Vance and his Team are great to work with. They’re always quick to respond and efficient with my account. Got awesome rates, too. I had a claim and Vance walked me through the process. I really appreciated his years of experience when I needed it most.

Called to speak with Vance, The receptionist was extremely rude and told me never to call again. I will be reporting this to state farm headquarters. Because of this service I received from the women who answered the phone on 5⁄13 at 430 pm I will never suggest any business going to Vance. He should get a new receptionist because this one will cause people to leave or for this matter never even work with this agent.

My wife joined my policy at this State Farm agency. 6 months later, we found out that due to an error by their office staff, she had not been covered for 6 months. I have no trust in this office or their employees. In 3 years I have never met, or talked to Vance. His office has dropped meetings, costing me time away from work, failed to handle routine changes to my policy correctly and yes, left my wife driving uninsured for 6 months. Find a better agent.
