Hmmm… funny because you told me at the time YOU had a dr appointment to go to. You also told me how long the job would take and I was back within that time period. You were yelling so loud that even the next door neighbor heard you and you did cuss at me. This is not something I would embellish or make up. Maybe since you couldn’t remember me you can’t remember all the details of that day. It’s something I will NEVER forget. I relive it ever time I get your flier in the mail.

Steve Baker does awesome work, my carpets have never looked better. I also had dog spots and my home smelled like it had never been aired out when I bought it. I had Steve come do my carpets & the house smells fresh & clean. Cheri H doesn’t know what she’s talking about or thinks she’s leaving a Unilocal review on someone else’s carpet cleaning company. It’s defiantly not Steve Baker!!! One of the most kind & helpful human beings I’ve ever met!!!

We bought a fixer-​upper home in the country, due to financial issues have been unable to replace the 40 year old carpet… add 2 dogs that haven’t been house trained well and you will understand our desperation over the awful carpet. We called Steven Baker and were sure it would be impossible to clean such old/​stinky carpet. Well, we were wrong. Not only did he clean the carpet (a few shaded lighter: P) but the dog smell is gone. I didn’t write a review immediately since my experience with carpet cleaning is that it seems good but then the spots return along with the smell… it has been a few months and no problems !!! It may be a while till we can replace the carpet, but at least we can live with it until then. I can and have recommend Steven Baker without reservation !!!

Steve is awesome and does an amazing job! We have 2 dogs and our carpet needs a deeper cleaning with spot treatment to get out pet stains. Steve is always very prompt and does whatever necessary to get our carpets clean for a reasonable price. He doesn’t add on extra charges for pet stains etc. I’ve been a customer for several years and I’m always thrilled with his service.

Great customer service! Flexible scheduling was important to me as I have a busy schedule myself, what with all these Unilocal reviews! Seriously though, Steve worked around my schedule, gave clear instructions on what was needed to get the job done, and offered tips to make sure my wood furniture was not damaged in the process. He has years of experience and was not pretentious or rude in any way. Will do business with again!
