CVS/pharmacy

One star for this pitiful CVS. I have been meaning to review this specific location for quite some time and am just now getting around to it. I guess I wanted to see if they could redeem themselves? Nope, not a chance. My first experience here was looking for a tube of bacitracin and occlusive dressings. Just plain, old bacitracin. I saw thy were sold out-​bad luck for me-​good for them. I approached the pharmacist and inquired if they had more in he back. He was really rude and dismissive, advised me there is some out there on the shelf. I explained that I needed PLAIN bacitracin-​no other active ingredients which is what he was trying to give me… and again asked if he had some stock available in back? He said no.
Second chance was looking for fly tape. Gross, I know but it was a one time issue we have resolved-​with a dustbuster since I could not find flytape. I looked in home goods area and when I did not see any, I asked the salesman. He must not have understood me at all and sent me to school supplies for scotch and duct tape.
I won’t be back after this poor customer service and they never have what I am looking for?!

Recently made a purchase at cvs and the item was defective. Didn’t have my receipt and just wanted to exchange the item for the exact same product. Mascara! They said that I could not return it at this cvs. I literally walked into the store and straight to the cash register so it was very clear that I had not stolen it. I paid with a credit card on the original purchase and not even an even exchange. I most definitely will not be returning to this cvs!!!

I’ve had good experiences here with the pharmacists. This is my regular pharmacy. As a store, they have somewhat limited hours and there’s no self check out so there always seems to be a line at the front.

Pointless to go to this pharmacy when there is a much more efficient, larger CVS (with a well equipped, intelligent, friendly staff) around the corner. Seriously. My pharmacy experience here was like a scene from bad sitcom. Granted everyone can have a bad day, the dark skinned woman behind the counter w/​razor sharp eyebrows has zero customer service skills. She seems to hate her job and in turn will hate you. If you get the death stare because you are dropping off a prescription walk away, save yourself the annoyance that is sure to follow. She Barks and is Forwardly rude. She will mix up your prescription, spit illogical answers (just so she can continue chatting with her coworkers as quickly as possible) and growl at you for being yet another customer that has the nerve to come to her store to fill a prescription. She is an unfortunate stereotype in the flesh. Stay away from this SheWolf in Pharmacists clothing if u want to hold onto any joy in your soul.

I use this pharmacy «a lot» because of my son’s health issues. The pharmacists are top-​notch helpful. They go above and beyond to assist me. I feel that I have a personal relationship and they know me.

This is mainly for the Pharmacy: My wife is pregnant so it seems like we are filling out prescriptions everyday. The staff here have been graceful and patient with us, providing much need assistance on a number of occasions. I would recommend this for anyone in the area.
P. S.–Park in the back lot, its an easier in/​out.
