Wow, guess it’s good I did not read the previous reviews before going online and typing in Wheaton IL florists.. . saw this one was on Front Street so it was close to where flowers would be delivered. Anyhow, I called Tuesday to have flowers delivered Friday and they did one better and offered to deliver them a day early and that was great as far as I was concerned! I even asked the person taking my order if she agreed with my choice in arrangements (for Vday) and she agreed the one I chose would be bright and colorful (helpful this time of year!) and the container could be reused.
My daughter sent a pic and the bouquet was absolutely beautiful: various color roses in cherub vase! I hope this review and my experience means this florist has turned around their customer service because I would definitely use them again.

This is the worst florist I have ever done business with!!! I am a florist in another state and I needed a $ 200.00 beautiful funeral arrangement for a client. I called and spoke with Tina and told her that I did not want lilies and anything that looked funerally — I got DEAD lilies!!! When I called to discuss this with the manager I was told nothing could be done as it was too late. Do Not Use These People For Anything!!!

My husband ordered flowers for delivery on Valentine’s Day. 6:00pm rolls around, and the flowers still haven’t shown up. He gives the shop a call, and instead of speaking directly to the store, his call is routed to a customer service line. When he explained his situation and told the person which store he ordered from, their reply was «Oh, the Wheaton shop has been having lots of problems lately.» What?! She promised to call the shop directly and then call us back. After she talked with the store, she said that their computer had lost all information regarding deliveries, and that they wouldn’t be able to deliver them today — would it be okay to deliver them the following day? Well, that kind of defeats the purpose of receiving flowers ON Valentine’s Day. After a lot of back and forth phone calls between customer service and the shop, they finally offered to give us an extra dozen roses if my husband could pick them up at the store. He agreed, and when he arrived, he of course had more haggling to deal with when meeting the store owner. At first they said they had no red roses left (even though that’s what my husband ordered in advance), and offered him white, pink, or purple instead. After refusing, they somehow found 2 dozen red roses to give him to complete the order. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth — I try to buy local whenever possible, but I would never shop here again. Buyer beware — this flower shop will give you nothing but a headache.

Terrible operation who has a 24 hour operator service taking their calls and orders. No customer service. My flowers were not delivered when promised yet I was charged. I could not get any answers from anyone. Buyer beware! Stay away!
