The selection was decent. I do like the fact that they have a LOT to choose from for young kids. Prices are reasonable.
But…
As someone else pointed out — the clerks are _​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​???
This has happened the last TWO times I’ve shopped here, apparently the front counter on the first floor is unmanned. I joke with another customer that we could just grab what we wanted and walk out, and no one would even know.
There were NO sales clerks /​associates on the first floor. NONE at the register. Another patron and I both stood in «line» for a few minutes waiting to check out. No one showed up. This was a WEEK before Christmas, and I wasn’t about to go searching through the store for an associate. So I dropped my purchase — took a pic and left.
Next time I’m in the mall, I’ll just keep on walking b/​e it isn’t worth the time to stop.

The young lady working as cashier have a FKEN attitude. She’s not even trying to solve our problem. And why would they put sales with fken price tag on the rack and she responded with a attitude.

The slowest most inefficient store I’ve even been too. Plan to wait a long time pretty much any time that you go to this store and they are either short staffed or not paying attention because they only had one register opened on a Saturday for a while. The line was to the back of the store.

Really? All these customers, 2 cashiers desks on each floor but only 1 cashier per desk???

This location was convenient; which is a must if the store will receive more than one star.
The clerks were _​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​
However, The item I was tying to return was never scanned properly at the friendship heights store. So for this reason, I was unable to return said item which has a terrible fit in the arm area.
I even explained to the clerk that there was an issue scanning so the clerk inserted a different number and charged me 7.95 this didn’t help and now I’m inconvenienced and have to travel to friendship heights to return this item.

The selection is mediocre, but the clothing styles are cute, and the prices can’t be beat. My biggest beef is with the checkout line. They do not hire enough associates to handle the customer volume, which always means that you have to wait in line for at least 10 minutes. One of the associates at the store loudly complained that his coworker had taken advantage of him by making him ring up some customers and leaving him there. Not very professional.

This is the closest H&M location near where I live so I can’t really complain. The ladies section is a little cramped because the suite they got is small in the first place. Men’s and kid’s sections are on the top floor and the women’s is on the bottom. There is an escalator in the store so you don’t need to go out of the store to go up and down.
The sale section is oddly placed. Sometimes it is in the middle of the front section and sometimes it is off to the side of the 2nd entrance. The fitting room wait is also a bit ridiculous. They have the other side of the fitting room closed off so they just use the other side which only has 8 – 10 rooms. The line gets pretty long during their rush hour.

Immediately, half the socks in the world disappeared.
There are those of us who just can’t keep up with our socks.
You know what I mean.
You throw them in the laundry basket, they go thru the washer, then the dryer
and when they come out… the mate’s disappear.
The washer eats them, the dryer eats them… they get gone somehow.
H&M has the solution, a colored band around the top.
All different colors. check out the photo
They are 80% cotton too.

Very nice variety of clothing and as well they had the upstairs for men an kids. It’s bigger then the one at white flint mall. Lines were fast as well.

So far a great H&M. Clean, well-​stocked. Lines not too bad at all.
Could use more big girl sizes. Not everyone in the ‘burbs is H&M skinny, yo!
