This is a great Lane Bryant location, with very helpful staff. My mom and I went in this afternoon for some shopping to redeem her Christmas gift card, and I wanted to pay my bill in store. Immediately we were greeted, which made the shop feel warm and welcoming. The sales associates were very attentive to grab garments from us and start a fitting room. You can tell that the store manager really cares about her location. Even though this location is smaller than other locations, we were able to find all the styles in both of our sizes, with ease. The whole store was clean, well kept, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will be sure to shop here from now on.

This is the best Lane Bryant location. A few weeks ago, I visited the Fox Valley store and found a cardigan I loved. But it was about 5 sizes too big. I’m definitely the type to try and go a size up or down for something I love, but 5 was a bit much.
So I went to the Wheaton store, and they had the cardigan. It was only 1 size too big, but it was on clearance now! So I snatched this up as well as another top I’d had my eye on.
The employees are very friendly and helpful, as I have found in any Lane Bryant store. There was no pressure to buy more than what I went to the counter with. There’s usually some credit card offer or impulse item they are pushing.
