Wonderful salon and very great shaping of eyebrows!

Cate does a fabulous pedicure! My feet have seriously never felt so soft! I could really use another pedicure at this point and my toes still look great. The salon is beautiful and the pedicure room is adorable and very relaxing (I was even given a heated neck wrap). I especially love that she sanitized the pedicure bowl in front of me! Catching a disgusting nail disease or a fungus from a pedicure tub is much easier than you could ever imagine! I’m very impressed by the initiative to show her clients that everything is safe and clean.
I highly recommend cate for your nail services! It was a great experience and I will definitely be back to see her soon!

I have been looking for a salon with consistency. I have had three haircut services with Karen and have not been disappointed so far! Cute salon too!

For the past few years I’ve been terribly disappointed with every salon and every cut/​color stylist I’ve been to and wasted too many dollars to count. Every time, they just couldn’t achieve the look I’d ask for. Now, I had also just recently I moved up and had to start my search all over again. After spending a couple of days online researching salons and reading through reviews, this place landed in my top three. I was looking to get my hair done quick and Zazu was the one salon that was able to book me the same day.
I couldn’t have been happier that I ended up here. The service was great, the salon was clean and it had a nice atmosphere, amplified by their great choice of music.
My stylist was phenomenal! She listened to what I wanted and made expert suggestions to ensure the outcome was perfect. She was precise and efficient. Yet, she took the care and time of someone who really prides on their trade and craft. She wasn’t just a stylist, she was an artist.
The result? The exact cut and color I have been wanting for so long! I left feeling esctatic and brand new. I am elated to have finally found my new stylist.

Having moved from Chicago to the suburbs, I was apprehensive about salons out here. However, Zazu proved me wrong. As a busy working mom, my stylists found a cut and color that still looks great 8 weeks out. My aestician was great too, helping me grow my brows out, keeping me on a not too frequent schedule. I will definitely be back!

Olivia did my hair and make-​up for a friend’s wedding, and it was gorgeous! I got compliments all night :)

Salon is gorgeous. I’m always recognized and my stylist always gives me a great haircut. I’m happy to have found a place where I can get a consistently good cut, is very clean, and has good parking. They ask if I want something to drink when I get there, too, which is a nice perk.

Zazu Salon was clean and trendy, and though I had passed by it for the 6 years I’ve lived in Wheaton, I had not gone in. I was very happy that I did, though! I saw Alexis for my cut, and she did a great job! The prices are reasonable, too! I will return again, and maybe try a gloss or even a spa treatment!

Made an appointment on a whim and saw Tania. I’ve loved it-​and her-​for four years now. I feel so pretty and taken care of when I walk out of there. I look forward to my appointments; last time she told me that I could probably wait longer between them if I was just getting a trim but I love changing my hair and she always does such a great job. The girls up front are really sweet and the girls who shampoo my hair always make me feel squeaky clean and do a great job with the scalp massages.

Yesterday I had my hair cut and colored by the amazing Gianna. Not only did she color my hair exactly how I wanted, but created a style with a cut that was better than I could have imagined. In just 1 day I have received so many compliments. Gianna definetly has an eye for style and a talent that’s not easy to find. Thank you Gianna and Zazu! I can’t wait to be back.

I have been coming back to Zazu to see Sandy whenever I’m in town. The first time I came was back in 2001. Everyone in the salon is friendly and helpful. I’ve used many of the services over the year including manicures, facials, and haircuts. Sandy does a fantastic job cutting my hair which had proved challenging for many other stylists in many salons in different cities around the country. She listens to what I would like and incorporates what I would like while keeping the style modern. I will continue to travel to cine back to Zazu.

I have been getting my hair done by Sandy at zazu for many years and have had nothing but great experiences with her! She’s taken my hair from blue to red and styled it for prom and saved it twice from countless mishaps of my own doing. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! If you’re looking for a manicure Elli is the lady to see, she is thorough and delicate and the finished manicure or pedicure always looks sophisticated and polished. All staff I’ve met have been bright, friendly, and wonderful to talk too as well.

I love this place. I went for the first time a couple of months ago and had my hair cut done by Jessica. She was fantastic, took to time to ask me what I wanted and then worked her magic and gave me the cut I wanted. I live in the city, but plan to head out to Wheaton and visit Jessica, every time I need my hair cut.

I’ve gone to cheap hair places my whole life, or would get a groupon deal once in awhile but after my boyfriend got me a gift card here I finally found my hairdresser! The receptionists are always great and friendly. Getting your hair washed is the best part. They massage your head and make you feel relaxed. Karen is my stylist. She’s the best. I’ve been to her three times now and is always spot on. I’m not great with hair and explaining what I want but she gets it every time. My first appointment I got highlights and cut a lot off. The color came out great and the cut was SO CUTE. Got lots of compliments after. One thing I love about her is she never pressures me into any other services or product. I’m on a tight budget so she works with me. And even though I’m on a tight budget the pricey haircut is totally worth the amazing result.

I’ve only had my hair cut and colored by Sara, and turns out she’s no longer working here :(. But my experience at Zazu has been great so far — I love the free bang trims and free conditioning treatment on the first Friday of the month! The salon is conveniently located and the stylists have helpful suggestions for people like me, who generally have no idea what to do with their hair.
Also — make sure to keep an eye out for discounts on your Mariano’s receipts.

I have been a loyal customer at Zazu for approx 7 yrs, as well as my husband. Our usual stylist is Christyand we have yet to have a bad cut. My husband has very finicky hair, thin and not a lot to work with, yet Christy always manages to get it to look amazing! He has seen other stylists at Zazu and also gets equally great cuts, that is one of the reasons my husband returns is that he can consistently get a great cut every time! For me, not a week goes by where someone doesn’t compliment my hair or my color. I often get compliments like my hair looks like «magazine quality» and many of my friends have been «inspired» by my cuts to convert to being customers, I believe that says a lot! After highlights I receive a toner and it adds an awesome shine and finish to my color I credit that step with the «mag quality» look!
I continue to get my brows waxed there because I trust the estheticians, they take their time and consult. I continue to get mani/​pedis and there really is no place better! The pedi is the best around! I love the little back room where the pedi is private and quiet! The no-​chip I’ve had here is amazing, went somewhere else to have it removed they asked «where did you get this done?» because it doesn’t seem to budge!
I really believe the prices offered at this salon are completely in line with this level of service! Zazu is completely professional, the place is clean, hairdressers are polished, professional and well versed with their trade and products, they are completely in the know with their industry and when you walk in you are not overwhelmed with the smell of chemical! I have never «waited» for my appointments, they are so mindful of your time! Zazu is well-​run and I completely trust all the stylists! I firmly believe you overpay for something when you don’t get what you want, but if you get what you want, it is money well spent!

I have been going to see Mandy since she was a junior stylist. Even though the price goes up when they become a full time professional stylist I stuck with her. She does a nice job, knows me, knows my fine hair and what cuts will look good and not look good (like dying it pink and cutting it short might be cute on some people but maybe i need to think a little more…). She is always open to my suggestions and what I want and is friendly and inviting when I come in. She makes me feel like a million bucks when I am here.
I always get offered something to drink and someone asks for my coat when I arrive and I’ve had several services here including nails and I’ve been happy with her services. I forget her name, she has long blonde hair and is Polish. She’s very nice and does an excellent job.
I also had my up do for my wedding done by Sie (Sy.?) and even though i changed it from my trial she knew what i wanted based on the photo and made my day super memorable INCLUDING letting photographers come in to get photos in shop and even of her and I together! My girls got their hair done there and loved it including the giggly flower girl who was ecstatic to get her hair done.
Overall I’ve been very happy with my color and cut services, mani/​pedi and overall service here. Prices have gone up a bit recently and I’m only going every so often but if I could come more often, I would!

So I’m in Wheaton visiting family and I decide I need a brazillian for my trip the next day. My cousin gets her hair done at Zazu so I thought I’d give them a try!
The salon is really cute and the staff was super nice.
Although I’ve had a Brazillian wax before, I was still nervous. Ann Marie made me feel very comfortable and we talked throughout the entire service, she even did my brows. Ann Marie also informed me they did FACIALS there so I booked one with her for the next time I’ll be in Wheaton.

My friend and I stopped in here last week for those new feather extensions after looking everywhere for them– Frank Giranda, Mario Tricocci. We were in luck, they had tons of colors to choose from, and they fit us in right away. The girls there were SO nice– very chatty and helpful.
They have a lot of products in the front of the store (tons of OPI). From the outside, you wouldn’t think it’d be as nice as it is inside– but the décor is so cute! Also, it’s much larger than it appears.
Other than my most recent visit, I’ve been to Zazu once before for a massage and had a pleasant experience. I don’t really remember anything else, but it was good. (again, they got me in same day– which is really nice, and rare especially for the weekends.)
