Coinmach

We live in Brittany Place Condominium in Arlington Heights and Coinmach owns the laundry rooms in our buildings where they have 2 washers and 2 dryers per laundry room.
They do not (or if they do its not documented on the sheet that’s in the laundry room) perform preventative maintenance at all. They equipment breaks down quite frequent and the time frame of service is ridiculous! I mean, we live on the second floor where there is 1 laundry room and the only other laundry room is in the basement. It has happened that both washers have been out of commission for 4 weeks! There have been several calls made to Coinmach and each time they say they will send someone out but nothing happens.
If Coinmach did actually own the laundry rooms, we would have fired them a long time ago.
The service is horrible and the regional manager is no help either. He has been informed of the situation but nothing changes.
As I am writing this review, the picture is accurate where we only have one washing machine and it is going on 3 weeks now.
Coinmach is by far THE WORST company I have dealt with and I would not recommend them to anyone.
STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!
