I was referred to Robbin for my taxes. Robbin received all tax information on Feb 26 and she told me that my return was done on march 5th. After multiple e-​mail and phone calls to ask her to send me my hard copy of return still no answer then I end up calling IRS to ask them why I have not received my return they said it was never filed. That I need to file it and that was on may 11th. Robbin swears she filed in march and she will find out why i have not gotten my return i should have got it months ago and call me back still no call. She never returns my phone calls. I am going to listen to the IRS advice and e-​file again but this time not with Robbin but someone else. Y
