This was the most disappointing dining experience in some time. This review is for those living in White House, do not waste your time or hard earned money! This is an example of owners who have lost their pride in running a restaurant. You can see they don’t care about the appearance, the food or what people think. It’s a very tired, run down establishment. Let’s hope for something better in White House!

Eater beware, without a doubt, this place is NOT worth the money. I came here with a party of three, we ordered three sushi rolls, 2 hibachi dinners, and one appetizer. One soft drink, two waters. First of all, the service was not that great. I normally don’t rate based on service, but it just added to this whole experience. We ordered the crab rangoon as the appetizer, and it was ok. I was pleasantly surprised to find a good amount of cream cheese in the wontons, but that’s about it. The sushi was barely above Kroger sushi in quality. I couldn’t taste any of the fish, and one roll was completely covered in crunchies and smothered with eel sauce. It really was not very tasty at all. I only enjoyed one roll, and truthfully, it’s the only thing keeping that second star for this place. It was the«Spicy Family» roll, and it was actually pretty good(note to spicy food lovers, it was not spicy). The hibachi meals were okay. The veggies were standard(bland), the rice was pretty good(honestly probably the best item of all of it), but the chicken… The chicken had a good taste, but the texture was extremely off putting. It was strange, and indescribable, but in a really bad way. Also, the soup as an appetizer was nothing more than a bowl of hot water with literally 2 rotini noodles sunk sadly at the bottom. The salad was your average lettuce mix, and the ginger dressing tasted bottled; average. The best part of this lovely experience? 3 sushi rolls, 2 hibachi dinners, an appetizer, and one soft drink = $ 90. I recognize that we ordered all of this food knowing the prices, but the food was nowhere even close to how much they’re charging. Not. Even. Close. I love hibachi places, and I’m really not very picky, but this place will probably never receive another dime from me.
