Whataburger

I came to Whataburger while in White Oak visiting my family. The food and service were great. What impressed me the most though, was when the manger stopped by to say hi to my grandparents while he was actually off duty. He stayed and chatted with us for quite a while and was very friendly. My grandma told me that he and other members of the staff had prayed for my grandfather while he was very ill in the hospital for which she was very grateful for. That kind of kindness is defiantly something you don’t see everyday. Talk about going above and beyond for your customers!

Phenomenal burgers, solid service, and great family-​friendly atmosphere, which reminds me of In-​N-​Out that we have back home in California!

Our local Whataburger offers the usual fast-​food fare (Whataburger being above average in the hamburger dept.). As is typical of all the Whataburger’s in this area, the décor and ambiance are terrific.
What I really want to mention is the exceptional staff at this location. Each time I visit, it seems like its employees are upbeat, friendly, smiling, happy to see customers and eager to make sure we get our orders quickly and accurately. (Sometimes you don’t find that in fast-​food sales…)
Today’s Exceptionally Great Front-​End Person at Whataburger in White Oak: Christina. From her friendly voice at the drive-​thru squawker, to her smile and quick service at the window. I hope you treat employees like Christina very well, keep them as long as possible, and aren’t reduced to just hiring «whoever you can find.»
