This place is good. Bagels are yummy and the muffins too. My lox spread cream cheese had nice chunks of lox, not like others where it’s in microscopic pieces lol. My coworker liked her chicken noodle soup. Drinks are overpriced but I’ll deal. Some things are a little overpriced too, but I work across the street, so it’s convenient.
Also, they accept cards now. Noticed the other review mentioning cash only.

I work near and would visit at least 4 times a week for breakfast and or lunch… I’m extremely disappointed that they no longer serve hot food!!! I loooooved the hot food variety and would rush in by noon, otherwise it was empty by 1pm because of it’s popularity. Now sadly I no longer have any reason to visit again. I like the girls very much and will miss them as well.

This place is hard to rate because even though I have some issues with it, I still go there frequently. The staff speaks minimal English which has proven to be an issue when it comes to ordering. I have received the wrong order numerous times because of this. As a previous reviewer said, the toaster is broken sometimes and they don’t make breakfast sandwiches after 11. However, generally speaking the service is very quick and they have a nice selection of bagels. It’s always busy and they even have a selection of hot food. CASH ONLY!

The lady was so rude at the counter. The place is open until 5pm. I arrived at 425pm. I asked for a toasted bagel. With a attitude she said the toaster was broken. I asked if she could warm the bagel on the grill. She said the grill was closed already. We asked for decaf coffee…“we don’t have any”. It was so obvious she just wanted to go home. I called her on it and said she seemed like she didnt want to be there and if they are open until 5pm the services should be available until then… she argued back that the grill closes at 3pm. I asked why do you stay open then until 5pm? She pointed to the bagels and said we are a bagel store. Her attitude was so poor. I hope the owner reads this and teaches his staff the benefits of customer service! I will never go back and will strongly advise others to stay away.

This is my favorite of all the bagel emporiums! Not only do they have their famous bagels sandwiches, they also have amazing hot food options and great lunch specials!
Fresh and homemade and delicious! If I lived close enough I would come here every day for lunch!
