The absolute worst staff ever. If you have no other choice and have to go to this particular Dunkin Donuts, do yourself a favor and take a second to look at your order because 9 out of 10 times, it’s going to be WRONG. Why you ask, because the multiple conversations going on behind the counter are FAR MORE IMPORTANT THAN GETTING THE ORDER RIGHT. If there was another drive through I would go there but since there is not these idiots must get it together or the MANAGEMENT SHOULD DO A BETTER JOB OF DUE DILLIGENCE WHEN HIRING AND KEEPING STAFF. So again, if you must go here… please double check your order because you can believe they did not.

This location has the most consistent cup of coffee. Always perfect. Service is ok.
Drive through is a huge plus and they never have gotten more order wrong. Plenty of parking to run in and out.

I am only giving them two stars because they haven’t screwed my coffee up — yet — however — I did get a bagel this morning (whole grain — lightly toasted), and it was stale. Not to mention — super light on the cream cheese. Obviously I don’t go to Dunkin for the bagels but when you want a bagel… you want a bagel. And if you can’t do the bagel right, at least attempt to cover it up by over doing it with the cream cheese. I mean honestly thats 79% the best part of a bagel in general. As much as we all bitch about getting cream cheese all over us while we are driving — not enough cream cheese is an entirely new level of bitching

Awful. Asked for butter pecan iced coffee. They made it wrong. It wasn’t even the right color and had rotted chunky milk in it. The 2 girls were awful and gave us attitude and didn’t want to re make it. Finally after much back and forth they re made it and this time made it even worse. Awful. Never again. We just went for the sake of the drive through and regret it. Nobody ended up drinking there coffee. I regret not getting my money back and being treated horribly.

Customer service sucks. Ordered snack and go wrap, they gave me a donut. Couldn’t call them, no one picks up from number online and no phone number on receipt. Don’t have time to go back there during lunch time to correct order. Therefore no lunch.
We’re in a rush like they are, but still they should get order right.

I’ve never had a stale donut here. Don’t think I can say that about any other Dunkin Donuts I’ve gone to more than a few times. The service is always friendly and quick.
