Recently purchased a Surface Pro 4 from the Microsoft Store at the Westchester Mall.
The Store is well arranged and the staff provide excellent customer service.
The product is excellent and before I left the store IT had set up the computer with the add on products I purchased; so when I arrived home I just had to enter my wifi info.

I love my Surface Pro 3, but when my wifi quit working I needed some help getting the drivers. Stopped by and in 5 minutes I was back online. They even installed some updates I’d missed since being offline. Excellent service, friendly staff, very clean store. I’ll definitely be going back next time I need some help (or when I need some new hardware!)

It’s kinda like walking into a used car dealership that hasn’t sold a car in months. Bit nerve racking walking in but after a few «just looking, yup I realize you’re right there panting like a dog waiting to go for a ride in the car» to about 3 – 4 employees you should be free to browse. That is until you start to move sections, I. e go from computers to phones or phones to Xbox… then they just can’t contain themselves and have to tell you why the phone on their shelf (that they don’t even manufacture) is better than an iPhone. This has happened on 2 visits, 5 months apart so don’t think this was just 1 guy on a 1 off tangent.

I made an appointment 3 days ahead of time to upgrade my computer to Windows 10. On the days appointed I left my co put or there and was told my 10 would beready in the afternoon. The «fun» began in the late afternoon when I started calling to see if theinstallationwas done. I calledthenumberof the store that was provided and got a tour of the world. The store transferred metro India, phillipeans and god knows wherelse. finally, someone in New Zealand told me to go to the store and shysically check.
Two days and no computer. How do I pay my bills?

The best electronics store I’ve ever visited! I go there all the time now, and there are so many great things, but highlights are:
–FREE help with virtually ANY Windows PC. You don’t have to be in warranty for help, nor does it even have to have been purchased from that or ANY Microsoft store or
!
–Free drinks when you need to wait! I sometimes had to wait ten or twenty minutes while they were busy during Christmas, but they gave me free sodas just for having to wait!
–Students get 10% off almost everything! I saved over $ 100 on my Surface Pro 3!
–NO BLOATWARE: They make sure that the computers you buy there have no unneeded software or bloatware!
–Reusable bags: Every single purchase nets you a high-​quality reusable tote, with different sizes for smaller and larger purchases. I use the bags for storage around the house now!
This is like heaven for computer nerds!

Wife and I decided to check out the Microsoft store and check out the new tablet they have the Surface Pro 3.
It is really cool and larger than most.
Also you can get a detachable keyboard for it.
The staff is excellent there and seem to be very knowledgable about there products.
Staff were friendly and were not pushy at all.
only thing I don’t particularly like is that the Microsoft more or less looks identical to the Apple store other than the products.

Pleasantly surprised with the service quality! I stopped by yesterday after dealing with a recurring laptop issue that I couldn’t fix myself, even after a ton of troubleshooting. Not only was the service quick, friendly, and free they actually sorted everything out for me.
I’ve had laptops with Windows OS’s forever and it’s good to finally see Microsoft out there providing some support for their often glitchy products.
