We would give it four stars when we moved in, three stars when we moved out three years later.
PROs: 12 minute walk to Metronorth, great location, nice indoor pool/​hot tub/​sauna. The doormen are great, especially Matt and Celestin. Indoor/​underground parking available for $ 150 a month
CONs: Lack of closets, elevators often down, windows only open a couple of inches on higher floors, any dealings with new mgmt company. You are charged a fee if you pay any other way than dropping a check in a drop box. Hot water has been an issue for the last year or so. If you take a shower early in the morning (say before 6:30) or anytime in the evening you’re not getting hot water. At best you can let the water run for a long time (10+ minutes) and get a warm shower. The same goes for the facet.
Additional Info: The building changed mgmt companies a year ago. Since that time there has been significant turnover in the building (both tenets and staff). We’ve had issues with billing, the hot tub is not usable fairly frequently, and the overall quality has decreased.
Side note: We received a renewal offer and declined. Noticed that our apartment was listed for $ 400 than we were currently paying.

Great location, amenities and services. Spent 2 years here and would come back if business dictated that I return to the area.

The building wasn’t properly built and is constantly requiring maintenance on large items. The elevators are horrible. The don’t even have a way to wash the windows. You pay all that money for a view that’s dirty. Poor management as well. The security is a joke, anyone can walk in with no one stopping them. They even put the leasing office on the 23^th floor. So anyone can say they’re going to the leasing office to get into the building. They use to have the leasing office on the second floor with a dedicated elevator. They also ripped out an amazing private theater to replace it with a golf simulator. They had flooding on the second floor a year ago that wiped out the entire second floor. Well, it’s been a year and its still not done. Very poor management. Good luck…

Disgusting, filthy building. This is not luxury living contrary to what they advertise. Went to look at an apartment and was met by the nastiest leasing agent, a real misery of a woman. Not close to the train station at all as advertised. AVOID!!!
