The prior company worked hard to sell packages and specials. The company shortly went out of business and the new company «TrueBody MedSpa» is supposed to honor prior packages… with the exception of REFUNDS. THESE PEOPLE ARE ALL CONNECTED AND ARE CROOKS. The main company is Body Cosmetica (
). They will try to say they are not affiliated if you challenge them to try to get a refund for services NOT rendered. The only way to get a refund is to get a lawyer involved. Do yourself a favor, GO TO A MORE ESTABLISHED COMPANY. AVOID TRUEBODY MED SPA AND ANY COMPANY RELATED TO BODY COSMETICA.

Horrible company… do NOT go to this place. This company is formally known as Laser cosmetica. Services went downhill, staff kept getting laid off, I was approved to get a refund for over 1k and never heard bank from management. It has been almost a year now and I have had to get a lawyer involved and still have to go to court to get my refund, even though I have documentation confirming that I am entitled to a refund. The staff is useless, management is unethical and extremely unprofessional. The company is a sham. Truebody medspa was formerly laser cosmetica. Reviews on both companies have been terrible. I absolutely regret ever going to this company. Stay away and spread the word. They have over 100 complaints filed with the better business bureau.
