Domino’s Pizza

Horrible service I asked if I could pay half cash half debit the girl said yea no problem then proceeded to charge full amount to card while keeping the cash when I received the receipt it was wrong I asked what happened she said o I’m sorry we can’t do that soo where’s my cash o yea like really ur gonna rob me then the food was horrible wings were soggy cold and no sauce except for one price fed up won’t go again

I used to order from here weekly and have it delivered. We ordered it the way we normally do and they completed our whole order to call us and tell us they do not deliver there and the old manager got fired for delivering to us for the past 5 years. They trashed our pizza. I contacted co-​operate because they yelled at my husband and the «new» manager told us we were wrong and its her store now and she wont break rules, exp when shes short staffed. Co-​operate gave me a coupon for a free pizza and never contacted me again. I used to swear my Domino’s, now I am giving my business to local pizza places instead. I have never been so degraded. The co-​operate manager was suppose to get back to me regarding whether or not they still deliver to my location and never called me back. He used to manage the location I complained about and told me when he was there they delivered. I called today to try to redeem my coupon and they dont deliver to me and my coupon is for delivery. Thanks for sucking Dominio’s

so i made the mistake in trying to order here again. (stupid me) i ordered online and they called and said once again they don’t deliver this far (mind you, it’s a 7 minute drive, WOW) and I’m honestly surprised because the first time this happened i sent a nicely written, kind complaint to corporate, in which they apologized for their employees actions and unprofessional manner. i figured with that being said they would get their selves straight and provide good customer service. but i guess not. I won’t ever order from Domino’s again! shame such a nation wide business cares too little for their business and customers. I’m a line cook at a restaurant; I know all about customer service priority (even if they are being A-​holes, in which like I said before, I was being kind about the complaint– did not do it for a free pizza or desert or whatever– just explained about their poor customer services needs a lot of work). It’s unfortunate, but it is what it is. I’m over it.

Let’s see if the place can stay this nice.
Just recently remodeled the interior and it looks great.
Staff is much happier not working in a run down shop.
Love the area for the kids to watch the staff form the pizza dough.
They also painted one of the walls with chalkboard paint so the kids can draw on the walls while they wait.

The only positive thing I can say about this domino’s is that the staff is friendly. The last two times I have ordered have been a disaster. The last time, roughly 90 minutes after my order was placed and after calling twice to ask where my food was, the driver finally called me to let me know he had a flat tire. I understand things happen but it shouldn’t take that long before i get a response, especially since I had called twice. I also ordered tonight, the pick 3 $ 5.99 deal. The website wouldn’t take my coupon so I called after placing my order online, after an hour I called to check on my order and they told me it was on its way, about 5 minutes later the driver called to tell me he was sent to the wrong town. Needless to say my food wasn’t hot and the driver was given the wrong charges and we were charged the original price without the coupon. The driver was nice enough to believe us and take my word for the price. They also added some things to our order that we hadn’t asked for. This domino’s is a hit or miss, but lately more of a miss.

If it’s late at night and nothing else is town is open, then it’s the way to go. Every other pizza place in town has better food, and more of a selection though.

Friendly enough staff, but in a town that has 5 or more other great owner operated pizza places, I don’t get the idea behind going to a chain like Dominos that has so-​so pizza. One nice thing is that you can order online. If you’ve ever been to Dominos else where, you know what to expect as far as the food goes. Take-​out only, no dine in.

The last time I was there was a nightmare. The franchise owner’s son was working his first night (a Friday, BIG mistake). He was on the register & phones. taking orders. On every call he had to ask someone else a bunch of questions. The food I ordered took about 55 minutes to get & all it was were chicken wings & brownie bites. The girl saving the kid’s bacon handed me 2 boxes of something else & by then I just wanted out of there. When I got home & opened the boxes, I had something entirely different. Yes, shame on me for not checking when I was there, yet the mood in the store of everyone getting frustrated was not comfortable. So I called back to explain what happened, she apologized & said they would send a discount voucher to me for the next order. That was about a year ago & nothing ever showed, so I will not be showing myself there any more.

Though we have ordered from here a few times over the past few weeks while temporarily staying in Sutton, I could not tell you anything about the restaurant. I have no idea where it is or if the place is a pit. We have used them because they are mighty convenient. Order by phone or Internet and go pick it up or have it delivered. The real plus for us is that they DO deliver to Sutton. This is a major selling point. Our delivery diver was very friendly and carried the pizza in the hose for us. The food itself was OK, though I will always prefer a small mom and pop shop over a chain. The cheesy bread was especially tasty. The one big negative was the price… two pizzas (1 large, 1 medium) and a cheesy bread for $ 27.00 is a bit on the high side.
