I was at Koopman Lumber getting a spare car key made n remembered I have a right blinker out. So I asked the 1st guy I saw on the way out where’s a nearby place I can get a new 1. The guy happened to be Tim, the owner of Harbro dealership, where he told me to go over n ask for Bob. I thanked him and hurried down, pulled in, walked in the side door n Bob was right at the desk. I told him Tim sent me, explained my problem, n he called over Nick. Nick was very nice. He fixed the right AND left blinker which suddenly too was out even though both bulbs themselves appeared fine. Bob waived the $ 31 bill for me, which was cool. We couldn’t figure out what the actual problem was but I left with both blinkers working so hopefully I have a little time before they go out again to get them thoroughly checked out. Thanks, Tim! :)

Had my oil change done at the Whitinsville location, Bob in service was excellent to work with! Nick, the technician, took his time with my Infiniti, making sure to treat my vehicle and myself with respect. Aaron, another technician, answered my many service related questions in a way I can easily understand. The value that the service department at Harbro maintains is unmatched in the industry. All in all, great experience with Harbro, and I will continue to have all of my service completed at Harbro.

After the transmission went in my old clunker a friend suggested that I try Harbro to find my car. Best idea ever. The guys that helped us, Dan and Mike, were very sweet, informed, and helpful without being pushy. I looked at a handful of cars before deciding on the car that has quickly become my spirit animal, a sporty little Fiat 500 I have dubbed The Fiaaaat. If you want great customer service and knowledgeable staff, look no further! You will not be let down!

Holy crap. Dont buy here. If you ever read a review and it speaks to your decision, let this be it. Really. No, I’m not here to talk about petty salesmanship, or boo hoo, these guys didnt treat me like freakin royalty… I bought a car, $ 12.5. 3 days after buying it, I tried returning it. Engine ticked, Manual transmission grinding gears… couldn’t get an inspection due to engine issues… which, btw, means they sold the car illegally. They assured me they would find me another car, and to just keep driving that car until they found one. They came back with cars that weren’t even in the same class… or WAY over budget. Did the song and dance for months. … until one day, the owner intercepts my call to the shop and tells me that they can’t just keep fixing my car for free… which is funny… because they NEVER fixed it. Recently removed the rug because the AC was leaking into my car… what do I find? The ENTIRE floor is bondo and tape.. yep. not even sheet metal. It’s a freakin nightmare. They were pulling me along until the lemon law ran out. This isnt the only story like this. In fact, when posting my story, I got an overwhelming response from community members that they bought cars that were complete lemons and nothing ever got fixed. Lesson learned. 1. when you want to return a car, return it. Don’t give the dealership a chance to find you a new one. Just RETURN it. and #2. the most important. NEVER buy a car from Harboro. They have no interest in getting down and dirty with the lemon cars they sell. They just pass the problem along.

I have been bringing my cars to Harbro for 5 years for maintenance, the guys are very friendly, honest and competent. I am currently in the process of buying a car from them, they cut me a really nice deal. I recommend them highly!
