Fast, new watch battery in 5min. 12 bucks but worth the hassle free experience. They are inside the Same building with Vans Foto/Video. Just park behind the building. Will be back here in the future.

We got a battery for a watch in less than 10 minutes for $ 10 installed. Then my husband got his new watch band adjusted(links removed) just as quick for $ 10. Great service.

I myself never give reviews but because of the service I received I knew it was needed. I was looking for a place where I can take in my Movado watch for both battery replacement and band replacement, and stumbled upon this location so I said why not check them out. I walk in the store and I see a younger gentleman who greets me in a very kind and respectful manner and says that his grandfather is the main guy but is currently out due to medical reasons but assures me he has learned everything from his grandfather. I think to myself and say why not, its a family business and he seems very honest thus far. I give the young gentleman my Movado and within a minute or two he comes back saying my battery is alright as it still has a bit juice in it and I admired his honesty for not trying to cheat me of my money but had him replace it, which was only $ 20 and thats pretty cheap for a battery. I asked him what kind of leather bands he has as mine was getting worn out and was pointed to a similar looking band but was thicker and had the same quality if not better for only $ 18.95. I thought to myself, man these guys are real reasonable with their pricing,. Within a few minutes I receive my watch back and it looked as if I just bought it from the store. Overall I had an amazing experience with them; Great pricing, kind, speed and honesty. I recommend these guys to the fullest, they just earned themselves a lifetime customer. Thanks again guys!

The owners grandson slashed a new $ 60-leather watch band that I took there to be put on my watch. The damage was on the curve that goes against the case between the lugs. I didn’t notice the damage until I put the watch on 30min later. When I came back to shop to tell him about it, he denied that he had done it. Coincidentally, while I was there a customer came in and complained that he had purchased a $ 20 watch battery the week prior and now his watch had stopped. Shady business practices, no receipts and dishonesty. Not worth my future business

I’ve gone to this place at least 3 times. Each time the battery only lasted a limited amount of time. I went back the 1st time and they said it was the watch. Well this time, my watch was fairly new(less than 2 years) and a Seiko. No way was it my watch. We took 10 watches and of the 10, 7 batteries stopped working within a month. Although the prices are good and the owners are nice, I will never go there again. I’d rather pay a higher price in the mall than to get what must be «used» or expired batteries. Sorry but it’s the truth.

this is an older location that used to reside in a small kiosk in the whittwood mall(before it was torn down.) even with Unilocal directions, this place is difficult to find. If you are ever looking for this location, the best idea is to look for the«Vans photo and Video» shop because it is right next door. I went to get two watches replacement batteries. one was a much older watch that the man working there was very impressed by, and i knew nothing about. the other was a newer watch that i got for christmas and they have watches running in the store, so the battery is either in horrible condition, or just almost dead by the time someone buys it. two watches that got replacement batteries and the man added oil to the gears of the older watch and the total was $ 25. so, think of it as $ 10 per watch battery replacement. I have no idea if that is a good price or not, but I wasn’t upset or anything… Though, I don’t know any better…
