This establishment should not even receive a star. First off, the staff (front office) is very unknowledgable and unprofessional. Their scheduling system is inadequate and organization is … well. Sloppy! The lady in the front is very unprofessional. I’ve witnessed her on a personal call, speaking Spanish loudly all chingado and all. Now, most importantly about the doctor… I am very dissatisfied. The doctors at the women center are on point and work as a team… this side, is a whole different story. I’ve had complications in my pregnancy and am being observed closely than the norm. Dr. Berkowitz is oblivious to my condition even having my chart in front of her face! I would not recommend choosing this doctor for my testings and overall observations. I would give 5 stars to Cheri and Erin. They are wonderful! I love them!

Dr. Berkowitz is a heartless doctor!!! Went in for my check up at 17 weeks. Turns out my baby had severe deformities and her response right away was to terminate!!! Those words are harsh, she didn’t even bother to explain what was wrong! She right away told me to terminate and when I started asking questions, she wouldn’t even look me in the eye!!! I felt really uncomfortable being under her care!!! Seemed like she was rushing with me because she had more patients waiting. Her way of showing that she cared about my situation was to come back again in 2 weeks. When I came back the second time, it was the same thing!!! So I know for a fact that’s the way she is with everybody! I had to get a second opinion somewhere else and I’m glad I did because this doctor doesn’t care one bit about her patients!!! I suggest to go to a different doctor or you’ll be treated like another number!!!
