Lil’ Harvey’s Catering

Wow what a wedding cake! We came to the area in the spring to do cake tastings with a few local caters. My family came along to offer their opinions and once we tasted the cake samples Brad prepared, we all agreed that his cakes were the best hands-​down. They were light, moist, and they tasted like that were made with high quality, fresh ingredients. He was very generous with his samples and took plenty of time to talk with us. Pricing was very reasonsble too. Our wedding just took place on ¹⁰⁄₁₅ and everyone raved about the cake and cupcakes. We couldn’t decide between 2 flavors so decided on a spice cake with a praline custard filling surrounded by carrot cake cupcakes. The cake was delivered on time and set up just as requested. I wouldn’t say that this would be the best place to get a very elaborately decorated cake but if you went a simple looking wedding cake that just plain tastes darn good, I would recommend Lil Harveys. (We also considered using them to cater our dinner as well and they had good selections at fair prices but we ended up having the reception at a restaurant.)
