Absolutely no one greeted me or asked if they could help me find something. There were three people who were up front «working». As I walk out, one is on he phone saying, hey chicha I’m selling my effed up car…” Really no bueno place

I went in with the item I needed in my hand, with the size I needed. There was a line which is the same no matter what parts place you go to. Yet there was 2 people behind the counter and they both looked lost. So finally after 30 min of waiting in line, I had my turn. I handed the parts person exactly what I needed and what size I needed and she looked at me like I was talking a foreign language. Very simple. Yet neither she or the other gentlemen knew what to do. I was very disappointed that such a simple item and anyone with very basic knowledge should be able to identify. Unless your going in for an air freshener or a license plate frame, good luck… Just disappointed with the knowledge and the lack of information the associates had to help a customer. I only rated it one star because their is no option for no stars… Note: I have worked it automotive parts and made it a point to learn the basics. These associates do not have the qualifications to recommend oil… Disappointed

Came in the other day to buy a battery, paid for the battery deposit fee $ 12 and was told I would get it back when I brought back the old battery. I came back the other day to return the battery however I left my credit card at home so I couldn’t get my $ 12 back. They told me don’t worry about it and just come back the next day they will hold the battery for me, came back and lo and behold the battery is nowhere to be found! So guess what no money back and nobody there had any idea what i was talk about! Guess I will be sticking to autozone

Fast and friendly

Not impressed at all. Went in there to get spark plugs for a Toyota Camry. They gave us the price list starting at $ 9 or $ 10 a spark plug (supposed the exact ones from the Dealer???) then they have the next brand/​level of spark plugs under being $ 7 ea & then the cheap crappy ones. So we asked for the $ 7 spark plugs, which the Sales Rep said they had all in stock, then he comes & tells us that it turns out they don’t have that particular brand of spark plugs in stock (even though the computer says so), so he said he would give us two of the top of the line ones for the same price, since they didn’t have them, but then his manager says «no, we can’t do that» then tells us that we need to buy the top of the line spark plugs, or my car’s performance will not be up to par… so that to me was just a complete waste of time, as we/​I do have some knowledge of auto parts & know he was full of crap & completely lying to rip us off… First of all, why does your computer say you have them and then come back and say you don’t, but we’ll give you the same price for the lower grade spark plugs? Is that a ploy just to get us to buy the higher priced spark plugs, not knowing any better and getting ripped off by the employees there? Plus the Manager was a complete joke, you normally try to make the customer happy, all he did was try to make us feel stupid and take advantage & look good to his customers (which it was kinda dead — hardly any people in there) so we headed to Pep Boys down the street and low & behold they had better brand names (Champion) and alot cheaper at $ 4.10 a pop…
And they did have long lines, more people go there & they were fast…
Yeah O’Reilly (Kragen, whatever) you just lost a customer for good,.

A great variety of things for your car. The staff is very helpful if you have a question or if you need assistance with your car.

I needed a new headlight bulb, and went here to buy a new one. I had called my car dealership, and they told me a new headlight would be $ 19.99 plus installation. I bought a new bulb here for $ 10.99, and Luis came outside and put it in for me at no cost! That is great service! I will return here for other car parts and accessories.

Off Washington Blvd., this former Kragen Auto Parts is a giant auto parts superstore. Decently friendly staff and a great selection of items (needed a new fog light bulb for my M3) gives these folks the A-​Ok stamp.
