went into subway to grab a quick egg and cheese sandwich. menu said 3.20, they charged me 3.75. the kid said his computer didn’t have the option of the discount when the menu board said 3.20. so unprofessional/disorganized. they didn’t take ownership of my issue. it really irked me. i was in a rush so i didn’t have the time to argue/speak to a manager i wish i caught it sooner so i could have just walked out

This Subway was pleasantly empty during lunch. They had plenty of inside and outdoor seating. The staff was nice and they made good sandwiches. Everything was in order and the quality of the veggies were above average. They have plenty of parking and the ice tea machines were tasty. Overall it was a good lunch.

There are two subway locations that I go to all the time and this is one of them. It’s a nice establishment but I left off one star of my review because of one of the employees, Bridget. This girl does not know how to smile. Every time I have been helped by her she has NEVER smiled at me, even once. Maybe she lacks confidence or basic social skills or maybe no one ever taught her basic customer service skills. I almost whispered to her, «you know, you should really try smiling some time», but I didn’t.

Sooo I got to subway at 8:30 pm and they closed at 9pm I walk up and they turn the open sign off then I walk in and am not even greeted and so I tell the girl what I want and she walks into the back and laughs with the other girl I’m like seriously? Then I get a «Hot sandwich» and after making it she says sorry our oven is off… Wtf why didn’t you tell me that before when I asked for a sandwich that is heated up… Smh they shouldn’t shut off the ovens until they are closed. Then they had the veggies all put away and when I asked for something she said no we are all out sooooo I just got onions so pissed off and the whole time she had a pissed off attitude with me. I left with and they still had 20 mins to close plenty of time. It was bs

Tried this Subway 2x’s over the last 2 weeks and the service is lousy. The girl making your food does not care about what she is doing, nor does it seem she is making any effort to keep her job. She must be related to the owner or something as i doubt that she would last very long working anywhere else. The second star is because the other worker was friendly. The food quality seems fine. There is another subway down Whittier Blvd about a mile(Whittier /Colima) that is much better.

Good clean location but some of the girls who work here have bad stuck up attitude. I get the«ugh, what do you want?» rolling eyes vibe. Customer service is lacking. They hardly if ever say«welcome to subway» at this location even when it’s not crowded.

If you are in a hurry for a breakfast sandwich, this is NOT the location for you. I’ve gone in several times at approximately 8:30 a.m. and have been served by different employees. They are ALL s-l-o-w and could not seem less interested in helping customers. The last time I stopped in, the employee was at the front while she was writing on a clip board. Unless she has no peripheral vision, there is NOWAY she did not see me come in. I don’t expect employees to jump the minute I walk in, but at least acknowledge me and tell me you’ll be right with me. She eventually stopped scribbling on her paper, but not until I stood there jingling my keys in an attempt to get her attention. She finally helped me, but not without her and I then eye-f**king each other when she picked up the pissed off vibe I was putting down. The morning staff are clearly NOT morning people… this place sucks!
