Total Fashion

I used to shop here once in a while when it was Total Fashion now they changed the name to Fashion Q. Although the lady before was kinda cranky I was ok as long as the prices were good and the clothes cute. I recently went to shop at the TJ Maxx next door and stopped by saw a cute cardigan and decided to buy it. After getting home I saw I had gotten the wrong size so decided to exchange it the next day. So I went thinking it was going to be smooth sailing. Next thing I know this white girl that worked there is giving me a really bad attitude that I had ripped the tag off and magically put it back on trying to give every kind of excuse not to exchange it. Finally, after alot of unnecessary drama she finally exchanged it after asking the manager/​owner. Throughout the entire time of exchanging it she kept warning me «This is the only time we are ever going to exchange anything blah, blah, blah». Until finally I snatched the sweater out of her hand and left before I punched her in the goddamn face. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN if that is how they treat customers. If you like being treated like shit please by all means go and shop there but if you don’t please never go there.
