Zap Computer Repair

My son’s iPad was cracked. This place is close to our house, so I brought it here. The guy behind the counter, Julio M., according to his Unilocal selfies, said it would take a day fix it. I said that my son needed his iPad for school, so we would bring it in on Friday afternoon and pick it up on Saturday. We all agreed. I was back the same week, on a Friday. We were prepared to leave it there overnight, and pick it up the next day. The same guy, Julio M. didn’t seem to remember me. He called someone (the owner?) to make sure they had the correct part. Well, no, they didn’t have the correct part; they would need to order it. So, I said to please order the part, and we would be back the next Friday. Well, that was today. I went back and talked to the same guy, Julio M, who again called someone (the owner?) to ask if they had the part. Well, no, they didn’t order the part because I didn’t leave a deposit! I would have been happy to leave a deposit, if he asked me to. But he didn’t! He had 2 opportunities to take my name and number. He could have called me during the week to ask me to come to the shop to leave a deposit. Better yet, he could have told me the FIRST time I visited (not the third) that they needed to order the part and that I needed to leave a deposit. But, I guess Julio M. was too busy watching Netflix to be bothered.
I am very upset that my time was wasted, and that I was inconvenienced. They have lost our business now and in the future.

If I could give more than 6 stars I would! They are that good. This is not my first time bringing in one of our computers. The first time was an awesome experience. They went out of their way to make all the things wrong with my computer it right. Now is running faster smoother and they removed a virus and all sorts of work that was slowing it down. Runs like new! THEN when we took my office computer in this week, what they did above and beyond was simply amazing. Here’s what happened: I had done a System recovery instead of a System restore. LOST ALL my office information that contained over 7 years of information for my business. They were able to recover all my data I thought I lost. They did it all within a few hours. The Guys at Zap Computer Repair are Amazing! Simply the best! They knew exactly what to do. Explained everything and did it all in just a few hours like I mentioned so we were not out of business any longer than we had already were.. .You cannot go wrong by taking your devices here.
