There’s no better ice cream than the stuff Baum’s scoops up!
I’ve always been a fan of their seasonal flavors — pumpkin in the fall/​winter and cherry limeade in the summer.
When I was in college and living in Wichita, I stopped into this place on a weekly basis. Now that I live in Houston, every time I’m in Wichita this is a requested place to visit. You just can’t beat the friendly service and that delicious ice cream!

As a Wichita native, but current California resident, I love Braums and this location is near enough to the airport to be my first and last stops.
I got exactly what I ordered, as their counter is right in front of you and you can watch them make everything!!!
They even let me specially make my own version of a sundae. Yeah! Will def be back on my next trip!
