I took my daughter shopping for a home coming dress at Parrot-Fa-Nalia, after looking at several other shops around town. A friend had suggested it and we were not disappointed; the selection of dresses was amazing and the customer services was the best. Both Nancy and Carol helped my daughter with her selection and made the experience fun. They were patient and helped her pick the most flattering dress for her figure. This is what customer service should be; even at the end of the evening they were pleasant. We will be returning for all my daughter’s formal occasions.

My daughter and her friend went into this store today looking for homecoming dresses. We’ve had a bad experience in the past with them but decided to give them another shot. After expressing that they didn’t want cutouts or puffy dresses that’s all that was brought to them. One of the women then asked my daughter if her mother was unwilling to take her to Kansas City to look for a dress. In the middle of trying on dresses they were told that the store had nothing for them and that they needed to go somewhere else and look for a «church dress». She then erased the girls’ names off the whiteboards and essentially told them to leave. How this store and it’s rude way of dealing with customers manages to stay in business is a mystery to me.

I will never go back to this dress shop. They are extremely rude and after I was done shopping they became even more rude. My friend didn’t like most of the dresses and had two more dresses to try on but the woman took the dresses from her dressing room and basically tried to shoo us out and told us we were done. There are other dress shops in Wichita that are way more deserving of my money.

Great place to find a beautiful dress. The staff was very attentive and they know their stuff! This was our first and only stop. They worked very hard to pick a style and cut that looked best. We found everything we needed to make my daughter feel like a princess and they even keep a list of people from her school to make sure nobody shows up in the same dress.
